There are no amenities included in the rental price of any of our campus houses unless specified.
Our lease outlines our pet policy, and it states very plainly that we do not allow pets (dogs, cats, etc.). However, we have allowed this at some of our houses, and if you have a unique situation please talk to one of our property managers. If it is found that you bring in a pet without prior approval, you can be subject to substantial fees, so honesty is always the best policy. (Please note that we highly recommend that if you are considering getting a pet wait until after you graduate because most of the landlords on campus do not allow them).
Parking is regulated at the sole discretion of Landlord. It is agreed by and between the Lessor and Tenant that parking is not granted as part of the leased premises, but rather as a courtesy to the Tenant. Parking will be regulated at Lessor's discretion. If parking is permitted, Tenant must complete parking application and obtain permit/sticker (if applicable) by provision of Lessor, abide by parking rules/regulations or be subject to towing at Tenant's expense.
At this time, the only properties that are furnished are The View on High and The King Apartments.
Most of our properties have washer and dryer hook ups but we do not supply the washer and dryer. At The University Commons there is a coin operated laundry room.
At every one of our properties, the tenant is responsible for all utilities, including gas, water, electric, cable, etc. However we are proud to say that we have some of the lowest utility costs anywhere on campus because of the excellent condition and recent upgrades to our buildings. Most houses have double insulated windows, new doors, energy efficient hot water tanks, newer energy efficient HVAC and finished living spaces in the top and bottom levels of the house.
Average prices range between $50-70 per person per utility per month, but remember the prices of utilities, especially gas, can change. So be prudent when it comes to utilities, and talk to your roomates ahead of time to avoid disagreements on things like temperature and personal electric usage.
