Here at Hometeam Properties Managagemnet we are committed to the safety and satisfaction of our tenants. Their living experience in our properties is what drives us everyday. We know how important it is for us to connect in person, say thank you to our tenants and get a chance to express how much we value them.

In that spirit, we teamed up withWorld of Beer at theSouth Campus Gateway for our Fall Tenant Appreciation Event. WOB served up a delicious assortment of appatizers and soft drinks, while every half hour we randomly selected 2 winners, who were awarded a WOB loyalty card or a $30 gift card. In all, there were 8 lucky winners!

This event gave our tenants a chance to interface with Hometeam staff that they might not see on a regular basis, it also gives our team a chance to chat with the tenants, receive feedback, and say thank you!
