Hometeam Properties Management, LLC owns and manages over 100 homes in the OSU Off-campus area. These include one of the largest selections of single family homes in the University District. University Commons is a beautifully remodeled community consisting of thirty-one apartments that cater to the professionally minded students that seek a safe, comfortable and affordable living environment. All of the apartments at University Commons are updated to include gorgeous hardwood floors, brand new furnaces and central air, brand new kitchens, brand new bathrooms, on site laundry, off street parking, a safe and caring environment and much more. Outside of the campus area, we also own and manage multiple single family homes around the Columbus area including German Village, Whitehall and Reynoldsburg.
